Our organizational structure ensures transparent governance, efficient operations, and accountability to our stakeholders. We maintain a lean but effective team with expertise in advocacy, program management, research, and administration.

Women with Disabilities in Nepal

Women and girls with disabilities in Nepal face intersecting forms of discrimination based on gender, disability, and often caste and class. Despite comprising a significant portion of the population, they remain largely invisible in development and policy-making processes. NDWA advocates for their recognition and inclusion in all spheres of life.

Our evidence-based advocacy is grounded in the lived experiences and priorities of women with disabilities themselves, ensuring that our work is relevant, effective, and transformative.
